The most certain candidate for the mandate for the composition of the new Government of Montenegro is Miodrag Lekić, the president of Demos. Montenegrin, pro-Serbian orientation, politician and diplomat with decades of experience. The matter is not over, however, because the winning parties of the 2020 elections will have to achieve unity on everything, or there will be no agreement.
