The media laws, thanks to which Serbia jumped on the comparative lists of media freedom in the middle of the last decade, contributed - or rather, their shalabizer application - to the fact that the Serbian media scene has never been worse in history. The competitive co-financing process, with some exceptions, turned into subsidizing the regime's media
