In Macron's and Scholz's rhetoric, the "European path" is less often mentioned, and more business deals. It's not that bad, you need to put things on the right foundation. Who cares about fair elections and democracy when there are "bursts", nuclear energy and lithium. And another paradox. European funds invest huge sums of money in projects of institutional development of Serbia. And the more money is spent, the fewer institutions there are. Serbia is a deinstitutionalized country by design. It is similar when it comes to media freedom
