Danger to children: The dark side of electric scooters

A boy from Vranje almost died on an electric scooter, although he was not even allowed to ride it. The traffic culture in Serbia is close to zero, the interlocutors of "Vremen" warn, and this often costs the lives of children in particular.

Traffic safety: Law for electric scooters coming soon

Everyone rides electric scooters in Serbia as and where they want - on the sidewalk, road, in pedestrian areas. In the EU, meanwhile, there are strict, legally regulated rules both on the use of electric scooters in traffic, and on the limitation of the power and speed they can develop.
