The news that the Partizan strategist, Zeljko Obradovic, resigned from the position of head of the professional staff is the main sports news in Serbia, but also in the whole of Serbia basketball Europe, and the epilogue of this drama is not yet known.
Obradović landed in Beograd precisely at 6:07 p.m. by flight from Athens. According to the specialized website "Flytradar", that flight was the most followed flight on the planet, with more than 10.000 people following it.

Around 17 p.m. at the largest airport in Serbia it was crowded, a large group of Partizan fans gathered to prepare the welcome of their former or future coach.
Finally, after more than an hour of waiting, Željko Obradović appeared at the "Nikola Tesla" airport, and was greeted with a clear message "Željko, stay". However, this is not yet a clear sign that the trophy specialist will remain on the Partizan bench.

The day after the defeat of Partizan against Panathinaikos (69:91) in the match of the 13th round Euroleague, Željko Obradović submitted his irrevocable resignation as coach of the Black and Whites. Partizan, led by Obradović, recorded four wins and nine losses this season and is currently in 18th place in the Euroleague.
However, the Executive and Board of Directors Partizan, led by club president Osto Mijailović, decided to unanimously reject the resignation of Željko Obradović, according to the official statement on the club's website.
