The Day of the FRY, April 27, falls on Friday, and May Day on Tuesday, which together with the non-working Wednesday and liberally working out the pre-holiday Monday makes for a whole six days of holidays. What can we say about those who celebrate St. George's Day and who could comfortably combine this Friday with that Monday (11 days). Ten years ago there would have been no end to worker's happiness, while today, when few people work, these days off only cause nervousness. Spending May Day next to the "small screen", like New Year's Day or Republic Day, is completely pointless because spring simply beckons to different activities. So we did a little research for you on what can be done with what you have too much of (time) and without what you have too little of (money).
GOUNATURE
If you don't have a bicycle or some similar ecological means of transportation, hiking to a nearby picnic spot, hill or river, with company or solo, is an escape from concrete and the human anthill. And at the destination you can listen to the chirping of birds, have a picnic or play badminton. Whatever you do, it will be friendly.
Seventy-eight-year-old Vladimir Matić has been a mountaineer for twenty years, a native of a mountain village, and says that he has been hiking for as long as he can remember: "I would recommend a walk to everyone, even the one via Terazi." Hiking is relaxation and rest that every person needs. For hiking, you first need the will, and then you can find some better sneakers with a thicker sole. Young people don't mind walking, they can go barefoot. When I was younger, I always went barefoot. During the walks, new acquaintances are made, chats and discussions are held. A person relaxes from everyday noise while walking. The most important thing is that a person stays in nature, and even if he didn't love it before, he will soon love it. Many people walk alone in search of silence and solitude, but it is much better to walk in company. If you can't run, at least walk. Physical fitness and being in the fresh air lead to health, not the use of various medications."
TAKE A LOOKUOLDWARDROBE
Packing the winter wardrobe and taking out the summer things can be an ideal opportunity to take a peek among the old discarded things stored with lavender bags. Some of those things have been weathered and it's clear that they wouldn't look their best in a plaid jacket AlCapone style or your great-grandmother's summer dress, but you can certainly find preserved pants, sandals, t-shirts or blouses that can look attractive again, because fashion, like everything on earth, moves circularly. A little time for holidays and a dose of adventurous spirit are enough to successfully dig through old things.
"Every alteration of old things is worth it, because the old fabrics are of extremely high quality." In our country, at least as far as I know, people don't throw away old things, I even noticed that in the last two years, customers have been bringing goods that were bought in secondcare actions. The quality of those goods is worse than the ones we kept from our dads, uncles, grandmothers, grandfathers. People are usually shy about bringing old things in for repair. There are no problems if someone has become fatter or thinner in the meantime. Everything can be narrowed or expanded. You can throw away jeans that are worn and torn, although that can also be patched, but a woman's wardrobe just needs to be refreshed," says tailor Moma Buzurović.
FRIENDSHIPIIGRA
Classic, card, war, management and other board games can be a good reason for an all-night social. The selected team gathers, on the table, next to figurines, board and dice, some drink is thrown with the mezza, and they hit to their heart's content. It is recommended to replace the standard rules, for example Monopoly or Risk, with new ones. Who says you can't have twenty hotels on one lot or lend money to your teammates with interest? If, after making your own rules, your creativity still feels stifled, then whether you're a Tolkien fan or not, fire up the FRP (FRP - fantasyroleplaying as a subspecies roleplayinggames) or, in the local slang, "roll" to the point of unconsciousness. It takes some lucidity, one gamemaster (the man who designs the story and guides through the entire game) and a pair of dice. The moderator of the game introduces you to the story, and then you choose the character and the role you will play. You can be a brave knight fighting dragons, a corrupt politician, a greengrocer or a Swabian soldier from World War II. The goal is to fully immerse yourself in your new character and make the smartest moves possible, depending on the situation you are in. You communicate each new move to the moderator, who further guides you through the story. One of the basic rules is that what you normally know, your character does not know. An RPG is ideal for experiencing, for example, what it's like to be a president, a national hero, or a WWII war criminal.
LISTENMUSIC
Extract the first album from the record collection Corkwood, BlondieorTheUndertones and, while your thoughts are flying in all directions, gently touch the LP and fondly look at it. Sit back in the armchair and enjoy one old love after another. Play again and again at maximum volume until the house council declares martial law.
GOOFFLINE
The end of the world will happen the moment you turn off your cell phone or don't check your email. Information of crucial importance for your life will be published in the next news broadcast (which, fortunately, goes on every hour), and what you miss reading today in the newspaper is impossible to make up for the rest of your life, which will be hellish because of it. If that's the case, you're ripe for a decent offline vacation.
Turn off the cell phone, don't turn on the computer for a living, don't buy the holiday edition of the newspaper, and only use the TV to watch old movies (on video just in case, to avoid the news bulletin interrupting the movie).
FINISHSTARTBOOKS
How many unfinished books do you have sitting covered in dust on your desk or nightstand? They gave you several books for your birthday, of which you only managed to start (none) of them. You finally get a little more free time to read.
"Rarely anyone buys a large number of books." A couple of years ago, for example, it happened to me that a corpulent guy came and asked for "thick books" that he wanted to put as an interior in the coffee shop he was opening, and nowadays hardly anyone buys a large number of books because of the unaffordable price. Most people, 80% of them, buy books as gifts and I don't know if those books are read. People who know what they want usually buy only one book. For the holidays, people might pick up some relaxing literature to unwind and escape from everyday life. For that, I could recommend Efraim Kishon "Apple is to blame for everything", Nick Hornby "High Fidelity", Vladimir Vojnović "Kapa", says Danijela Jovanović from the Beopolis bookstore.
MAY DAYDAWN
The lighting of campfires on the mountain glades right next to Tito's name inscribed in white stones has gone down in history, which does not prevent you from organizing the May Day party on your own. In some places, there is already a tradition of May Day mornings, so the people of Subotica go to Palić for May Day, the people of Krušev go to Bagdal, and the people of Belgrade go to Ada Ciganlija. On May Day, the latter will have the opportunity to participate in "bean making" with members of UGS Nezavisnost on Nikola Pašić Square, an action of cooking beans in bulk. The Independent Trade Union of Serbia is not organizing anything special, but the initiative, like last year, is at the municipal councils. So, everyone has dinner with their family and friends at dawn, with beans and brandy.
REJOICESOMEONE
You have an aunt, grandmother, uncle or friend that you love, but due to your daily obligations, you never manage to contact them, let alone see each other. Six days of holidays are an ideal opportunity for that. Call them, ask how they are doing, and make an effort to actually hear the answer to that question because you increase your chances of them listening to your plight. No one has as much understanding and patience for your problems as a relative you haven't heard from in a long time.
CLEAN UP YOUR COMPUTER
CLEAN UPCOMPUTER
If the desktop on your computer looks like Belgrade before the elections, and the machine itself works slower than the growth of standards in Serbia, maybe this is a good opportunity to put it in order. First, clean the hard disk of unnecessary files (find it on My Computer, then right-click and select the Clean Disc option), then you can defragment it (in the same place, but see the Tools option). When you have done the technical part of the work, deal with your own "garbage", i.e. files. Create folders for related files to keep your Desktop organized. From the Start menu, select the Find option and search for files by size, say anything larger than one megabyte. See if you have any forgotten zipped or archived things that you don't need anymore and are just cluttering up your disk.
Then jump into the mail program. How many messages are there that you haven't read, and you think you should have, and how many people you haven't written to in "hundred years" and you're still surprised that they don't get back to you. Delete all unnecessary messages, they only create clutter and obstruct the view of the ones that matter.
When you're done with all that, you might as well wipe down the monitor or wash the keyboard and mouse.
WRITELETTERTIME
Surely in the last few months you felt the need to respond to something you read in our paper, but your daily responsibilities overwhelmed you to the point that you thought the matter had lost its importance. You are wrong, says Dragoljub Žarković, editor-in-chief of "Vremen", who invites you to take advantage of your free time and write us a letter. All letters are read and appreciated, and we try to publish as many as possible. Accordingly [email protected] or Vreme, Mišarska 12, 11000 Belgrade, call for a few minutes of your creative free time.
Work and play
From the moment the exhausting division of work and play, work and pleasure, is established, the space of "leisure", "free time", "holiday" or "rest" opens up. The violence of this division makes each of these sides excessive, impossible or unbearable. Work is then difficult to distinguish from its pseudo-forms (with elements of coercion, dependence, control, etc.), and pleasure must be exaggerated to be recognized. When passion is cut off from work, reunion becomes possible only as their competition or bargain. The expressions "weekly neurosis" and "rest neurosis" remind us of the impossibility of play in a child, and the expressions "I have to rest/enjoy" a game that has been replaced by something concrete, like a game, but without joy.
Where is the holiday? In easing the limits that make it possible. It is not only the joyous anticipation of complete bliss and the bitter mourning for it, but the ease of immersion and return that makes it possible that the holiday sometimes depends only on us.

In the elections on May 5, 1935, the government and opposition lists were voted on. Before the elections, the government intimidated teachers and scholars with dismissals and arrests, called opposition candidates Ustasha allies and accused them of organizing the assassination of the king, prevented foreign journalists from reporting...
Vesna Lalić, an excellent photographer, has passed away. She photographed all the most important social and political events in Serbia, as well as seemingly ordinary everyday moments.
"The one who remains stuck in the sphere of traumatic experiences, who constantly thinks that, here, while we are talking about the book, someone is given the wrong diagnosis, someone is sloppily operated on, someone is receiving therapy that they do not need, someone is losing their hair, that person has a problem because living in fear is not life, and psychotherapy is an expensive thing."
There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vučić is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.
The pre-election arrests due to the alleged "overthrow of the state" testify to the regime's panic. The bad news for them is - they can't arrest the whole people who decided to defend themselves from progressive beatings and election theft
The ring that tightens around Ćaciland Student list is getting narrower. Because there are more and more spoiled people who see the false prophet for what he is: a street obscener who is fighting Serbia
