In more than 20 calls, we tried on Friday (July 4) morning to find out if the public public transport it works, but no one answers the phones or there is no information.
"I don't know anything, I can't give you any information, call the information center," replies the dispatcher GSP-a, which we received on the phone we were directed to from the headquarters, that is, by calling the phone number 011/366-4000, which is listed on the website as a contact for communicating with users.
After our statement that the communication center directed us to this number, he answers briefly: "I really don't know anything and I'm in a lot of trouble", and hangs up.
Switching from number to number
We return to the first step - calling a contact to communicate with users. The same woman who answered the first time answered this time that the number she gave us is the number of the information center. With an explanation of what we were told there, he gives another number 011/3664040, which is the telephone of the dispatch center.
Even after more than 15 attempts, we do not hear anything - the phone either rings and no one answers or is busy.
We also try through the Service Center of the City of Belgrade at number 11011, however, after listening to a long automatic message, which you have to listen to in its entirety, in order to choose the service you need, a female voice finally answers in the section intended for GSP. However, he replies that they do not have such information and that we are calling the dispatch center.
Still no one answers in the center.
Public city traffic in Belgrade was stopped on Wednesday (July 2) around 21 p.m., when citizens took to the streets.
When we tried to check the next day if the suspension would still be there, they could not give a concrete answer in the dispatch center, saying that if there is a suspension, such a decision will be made immediately.
