Member of the Provisional Body of the City of Belgrade Dobrica Veselinović announced on his account on the social network "X" that at today's session the decision of Fr borrowing of Belgrade for three billion dinars in one of the commercial banks.
In the document published on Veselinović's order, it is stated that the loan is in the amount of three billion dinars or about 25,6 million euros, and that it is taken to finance current liquidity.
"The city of Belgrade, in order to secure funds for the financing of all necessary expenses and expenditures in the period of temporary financing from January to June 2024, needs borrowing under the most favorable conditions from a commercial bank in the amount of 3.000.000 dinars, and for the purpose of financing current liquidity" , it is stated in the proposed decision.
