Tomaš Klima, executive director of the Czech company SEBRE, said that the Marina Dorćol project, worth 390 million euros, aims not only at profit, but also at creating a long-term positive legacy for Belgrade.
CEO of the Czech company SEBRE Tomaš Klima stated at the CEO Summit in Belgrade that the total value of the project Marina Dorcol in Belgrade is 390 million euros and represents one of the largest investment from the European Union in Serbia.
"The total value of the Marina Dorćol project is around 390 million euros. It is one of the largest investments from the European Union in Serbia. And it has a special specific weight because we are investing just when the inflow of foreign investments to Serbia and other countries of the region has decreased," said Klima in a conversation with the editor of the Radar weekly, Milan Ćulibrka.
Klima emphasized that the company is not only focused on profit maximization, which is the motive of most investors, but also on leaving a positive legacy for Belgrade.
"It is important to us what legacy we leave to Belgrade. We want to be proud of that legacy," said Klima.
