In Serbia, according to publicly available data, there are at least 11 individuals and families who are billionaires, in euros.
Together they have at least 16 billion euros, but this is not cash in the account, but the market value of their companies, real estate and investments.
It is certainly the most famous. Miroslav Miskovic, the owner of the company "Delta Holding", whose wealth is estimated at three billion euros. Apart from the aforementioned company, Mišković also earns money in the real estate, agricultural, logistics and digital trade sectors. He is also among the richest people in the region, in 2025 "Delta Holding" generated revenues of around 1,1 billion euros, and an investment cycle of one billion euros is planned until 2028.

The estimated wealth of the Kostić family, which owns "MK Group", is around 2,9 billion euros. They earn in the banking, energy, agriculture and luxury tourism sectors. After the death of the founder of "MK Group" Miodrag Kostić In 2024, his son Aleksandar Kostić took over the management. They are focused on green energy and banking expansion in the region.
According to data from the end of 2025, Dejan Čakajac and Jadranka Stepanović each own 41 percent of the "Mozzart" betting chain. In addition to agriculture and the meat industry, Matijević also earns income in the field of real estate and hotel management. He is the largest landowner in Serbia, with more than 35.000 hectares. He is the owner of more than 70 companies, and in recent years he has invested significantly in the purchase of hotels and real estate in Belgrade and Vojvodina.
Filip Zepter, the owner of the company "Zepter International", has a fortune estimated at around 1,47 billion euros, and earns money from tableware, medical devices, cosmetics and real estate. His brand operates in more than 60 countries, and in Serbia he owns numerous properties and cultural institutions.

Among the billionaires is Dragan Šolak with an estimated fortune of around 1,46 billion euros.
Nebojša Saranović is the owner of the holding company "Kappa Star Limited" with a fortune of more than one billion euros. Its sources of income are confectionery and paper industry. He is known for the fact that he raised a lot of dust in Croatia by buying "Kraša", and he is the owner of the leading candy brands in the Balkans.
Nebojša Šaponjić and Ranko Sočanac are the founders and owners of "Nelt Group" with an estimated joint wealth of around 1,13 billion euros. They make money from the distribution of consumer goods and logistics.
Finally, among the billionaires is Petar Matić, the owner of "MPC Properties", with an estimated fortune of around 1,2 billion euros. Some of the most valuable buildings in Belgrade, including the Ušće Shopping Center and the Ušće office buildings, are owned by him.
