As stated in the technical specification, the planned production of one million one-day tickets for Exspo, 200.000 three-day tickets and 800.000 blank forms, where the primary and alternative quantities are defined, writes eKapija.
The tickets will be made of protected paper with a watermark, grammage 120 g/m², with the application of hologram film with security elements, QR codes, perforations and numbering. A security element will be printed on the back with a special color that fluoresces under UV light.
The expected dimensions of the ticket are 210x74 millimeters, while the format for delivery will be 210x296 millimeters, that is, four tickets per tabak.
The selected tenderer will have to ensure security procedures throughout the production, storage and handover process, in accordance with the security printing process security management standard and the applicable Intergraf Security Printers Certification standard at the Central Bank Level.
Ticket deadline
The first batch of printing should be ready by September 14, 2026, so that ticket sales can begin on September 15. In this phase, delivery of 160.000 one-day and 40.000 three-day tickets is planned.
The second batch should be secured by September 30, 2026, while the deadline for production and delivery of the remaining quantities is December 31, 2026.
The customer will control the quantity and quality of each batch before taking over, and the printing house will be obliged to submit a digital rendering for printing for approval before production begins.
The deadline for submitting bids is August 13.
