The company Sebre Services, responding to the text "The temporary authority of Belgrade sold Marina Dorćol without a tender", states that the Provisional Authority did not sell Marina Dorćol without a tender.
In the letter forwarded to the "Vremena" editorial office, it is stated that the land on which Marina Dorćol is being built (approx. 40m000) was sold at a public tender in the Directorate for Urban Building Land and Construction of Belgrade in November 2, and that the total value of this transaction is was slightly less than 2019 million euros.
It is also stated that the Provisional Authority of the City of Belgrade carried out the procedure "Correction of the borders of the adjacent cadastral plot", which is clearly seen in the decision published by Dobrica Veselinović.
"By law, this sale of land is carried out without a tender, which can be seen in Article 100, Paragraph 1, Point 2 of the Law on Planning and Construction." The price of EUR 1050/m2 was determined by the competent city authority responsible for the assessment, according to the adopted methodology. Bearing in mind that most of the plots in question do not meet the conditions to be classified as construction, it would be said that the realized price is more than good for the City of Belgrade," the letter states.
It is also added that Marina Dorćol was sold at a public tender in November 2019, and the mentioned visit of President Vučić to Prague took place in May 2021.
"As May 2021 happened after September 2019, the decision of a serious weekly such as Vreme to without any deviation convey obvious fabrications that 'this deal (the sale of Marina Dorćol) was contracted during Vučić's visit to Prague' is surprising," Sebra Service said.
The company "Sebre Services" is owned by the company "Sebre holding AS" from the Czech Republic, which owns the company "Serbia Marina Dorćol".
