Vučić on bot attacks: "Time doesn't mean anything to me"
Aleksandar Vučić commented on bot attacks on social networks and the case of an attack on the account of the weekly "Vreme" in the Albatros news podcast. And lied

Davor Matsura found himself in the public spotlight after the news was published that starting this month, the citizens of Belgrade will pay their electricity bills to his Alta bank account, instead of to the treasury account. Although perhaps the most famous, Alta banka is not the only company of this businessman close to SNS. Matsura, namely, owns at least 13 other companies
Davor Matsura started by opening a currency exchange in Zemun, little by little, he became the owner of many companies, judging by the data of the Agency for Economic Registers.
Matsura is, first of all, the owner of Alta Group, which he founded in 2014. Through this company, he managed to buy the state share in Jubmes Bank, for around five million euros. Matsura later acquired the remaining share capital and business as the full owner of Alta Bank. At the end of last year, the bank had a net profit of around 4,7 million euros, it says Dunja Marić for the New Economy.
In addition to Alta Bank, Matsura also owns the companies Alta holding, Alta gold, which trades in investment gold, and Alta leasing.
What else does Davor Matsura own?
Through Alta Bank, Matsura has a 51 percent stake in the construction company Procoopac.
Furthermore, he is the sole owner of the company ALStone, which deals with rental and real estate management. The company was founded at the end of 2019, and in 2024 it made a profit of almost 15,3 million dinars, or about 130.500 euros.
Through this company, Matsura is the 1979% owner of Forum vision, a company engaged in the construction of electrical and telecommunication lines. Although this company was founded in 2021, Matsura became its owner through ALStone only in XNUMX.
Forum vision ended the previous year with a profit of around 1,2 million euros.
Through Forum vision, Matsura has a slightly less than 10 percent ownership stake in the company Minel-Schreder, which, as stated in the APR, is involved in the production of lighting equipment.
Through Forum vision, Matsura is the owner of another company. It is Irva land, a company that deals in "non-specialized wholesale trade". At the end of last year, this company made a profit of about nine million dinars, or slightly more than 75.000 euros.
Matsura is also the sole owner of Campari International, which deals with construction. However, this company did not operate so successfully last year - in 2024, it ended with a loss of more than 10 million dinars.
Another company owned by him is ABL solvent, which operates on the financial market, and last year it also had a loss of 293 million dinars, or 2,5 million euros.
However, this does not mean that this is a really unsuccessful company - it is one of the most important parts of Davor Macura's business puzzle, the company through which he cheaply obtained state ownership of the IMT land in an extraordinary location in New Belgrade where he is now building a huge real estate complex.
Matsura also has a 50 percent ownership share in the company CMM Zero Emission, which, as stated in the APR, is engaged in the production of electricity.
He is the president of the Association of Money Exchangers of Serbia, and until 2018 he was also the president of the Zele Bocce Club.
He closed some companies.
In February last year, the news was announced that the Alta Group took over 100 percent of the ownership of EKI Transfers, which is the first provider of Western Union money transfer services in the markets of Serbia and Montenegro. Since this year, however, the company Tenfore, which is not owned by Matsura, is listed as the owner of EKI transfers.
By the way, until February 2023, 19,6 percent of the ownership share in EKI Transfers was held by Danko Đunić.
Matsura was also the owner of some companies that were closed down.
One of them is Furious, which dealt with finance, and which was shut down after about a year and a half of business.
Also, through Campari International, Matsura was the owner of Urban plus, a construction company. This company was closed in 2019, after five years of operation.
Then, through "Alta Holding", Matsura was the owner of the real estate company "Choshe", which operated from 2022 to 2024.
Finally, through the ALStone company, he was the owner of another real estate company, "Danica Park", which he shut down in 2024, after three years of operation.
This company was, as revealed by BIRN, an investor during the construction of a residential building with a total area of 1.550 square meters on the plot of Milan Radoičić, a controversial businessman from Kosovo.
In April 2024, Matsura also founded "Aerolux", a company for the air transport of passengers, but this company changed ownership in May of this year.
He was also the owner of the "Kangaroo Resort" on Altina in Zemun, but as of 2017, he has no ownership stake in it.
