Unknown hooded persons broke into the lawyer's office on Saturday evening, June 6 Zdenko Tomanovića. The office states that the documentation is not compromised, and they ask the authorities to identify not only the executors, but also the principals.
The burglars stayed in the premises for only about ten seconds, after which, due to the high level of protection of the office, they left the building, during which they also self-harmed.
Target of attack: computer equipment and data
The office assesses that the circumstances indicate that the burglary was aimed at computer equipment and data storage devices.
"This operation was unsuccessful, the entire business documentation of the law office is safe, undamaged, protected at a high level and not a single document or data was taken out of the office," the statement said.
The police acted quickly to secure the facility and conducted an investigation in a lawful manner, and the office made available to them extensive evidence, including video recordings of the person and the event itself.

In the statement, it is assessed that the incursion represents "a well-known repressive matrix of actions of the totalitarian regime towards the defenders of persons, movements and values that the regime sees as its political threat", which includes a campaign of insults and slander, discrimination, monitoring and eavesdropping, and the endangerment of lawyers' premises.
The office calls on the authorities to identify not only the perpetrators, but also the orderers, and to look at the case "in the light of the interests of those who are bothered by the work of the office."
