Corruption in Belgrade as an epidemic

The "White Paper", a document that disclosed and documented all potential cases corruption u Belgrade in the last five years, it has been viewed or downloaded from the site more than ten thousand times in the previous three days, according to the Center for Local Self-Government, the professional organization that compiled this document.

"This kind of interest from citizens indicates that corruption in Belgrade has reached the proportions of an epidemic and that it directly affects a large number of people, but also that it is currently perceived as the biggest problem in the capital," said CLS Director Nikola Jovanović.

"The 'White Book' is posted on the website of the Center for Local Self-Government, but also on the special domain belaknjiga.info," Jovanović pointed out and said that this document will soon be presented in a direct meeting with citizens in all municipalities and local communities in Belgrade.
