On the 19th of June of this year, in the "special program" of RTS, the presenter Nikolina Rakić had the prosecutor of the Belgrade Higher Prosecutor's Office Miodrag Marković, lawyer Dragoslav Ljubičanović and FPN professor Milan Petričković as guests, who talked about the affair "sound cannon"fabricated, that the panic was organized and that those responsible would be arrested.
Three days after that broadcast, the police raided the apartment of the military commentator Aleksandar Radić because he allegedly participated in the "fabrication" of the affair. Journalist and associate of "Vremen" Vojkan Kostić who happened to be there was briefly detained.
In the following days, Zdravko Ponoš, leader of the Srbija Center party, and others were invited to the Directorate of Criminal Police. The criminal charges against Radić were filed in July, when he had already gone abroad as a precaution.
Not even three months later after that "special" on RTS, this Monday (September 14) Nikolina Rakić again hosted exactly the same trio - Marković, Ljubičanović and Petričković - in a "special program". The only change was the color of the presenter's blazer.
Marković "promises" arrests
"We will not stop here," said prosecutor Marković. "Regardless of the fact that we collected a body of evidence and that we analyzed it and came to the conclusions that we presented, now the second part goes, which is the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of these criminal acts."
"On behalf of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, I can present to you, tell you and, if you want, promise that all the perpetrators of these things will be prosecuted and that none of them will get away with it," said Marković.
Those "criminal acts", according to the High Prosecutor's Office led by Nenad Stefanović, who is close to the executive power, do not refer to the violent change of the constitutional order.
In short, there was no sound cannon, the complaints of thousands of citizens were either invented or did not originate from sonic weapons, the sound on the recordings was additionally edited, and the whole affair was supposedly fabricated.
Professor Petričković stepped in: "Obviously, this psychological pressure should have been continued and public opinion should have been shaped to believe in the lie that this action was supposed to cause destabilization and spread some kind of conflict content on the territory of the Republic of Serbia."
Vučić as a vanguard
That sort of replay of the show comes a day after the announcement by VJT, and that again a day after the announcement by President Aleksandar Vučić that VJT will issue a statement that he obviously had insight into in advance.
"The fact that the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vučić, announces the statement of the prosecution speaks for itself", Aleksandar Radić said about it for Today.
"Once again, the incompetent have information about what a state body will do on Sunday morning. Doesn't it seem a little unusual to you that on a supposed calm September Sunday, state employees are working and publishing a statement? And all in a propaganda tone," he added.
What is being kept quiet about?
After the event in Ulica Kralja Milana in Belgrade on March 15 last year, "Vreme" published an extensive report "Hook" file in which the epicenter of the mass panic is documented, which called into question the "official" thesis that the panic was caused by the race of student guards, and completely destroys the thesis according to which everything was "fabricated".
VJT nowhere talks about what "Vreme" has unequivocally established - that at the same time that day, during the silence for the victims of the shelter, cannon shots were fired at citizens from several locations.
One of the student guards that day, Lazar, now he told "Vreme" that VJT follows the official campaign of Aleksandar Vučić and that "we can expect a real investigation only after the fall of this government and the liberation of the institutions".
