The border crossings to Croatia - Debeli brijeg and Kobila - are blocked from 18:20 to XNUMX:XNUMX. The crossings were blocked by employees of the "Dr. Simo Milošević" Institute in Igalo in order to send a message that the Institute must be saved.
RTCG reporters report that because of the blockade, columns of cars have formed on both the Montenegrin and Croatian sides of the border.
The protest is organized by the Igalo Institute Trade Union and the Union of Free Trade Unions.
The institute's account has been blocked due to forced collection of an old debt towards Jugobanca AD Beograd, which is in bankruptcy.
The President of Herceg Novi Municipality, Stevan Katic, announced that a meeting of representatives of the Ministries of Finance of Serbia and Montenegro will be held at the beginning of next week in order to solve the problem.
