Part of Kalemegdan will be locked at night

From June 3rd, the part of the Gornji Grad complex of the Belgrade Fortress - Kalemegdan will be closed at night

In the period from 00:30 to 04:30, Sahat gate, Kralj gate, Defterdar's gate and Despot's gate will be closed, announced the Public Company "Belgrade fortress".

The measure was introduced for greater safety of visitors, protection of cultural and historical heritage and prevention of vandalism and other incidents during the night hours.

Park Kalemegdan and Donji grad remain open during that period as well, it is specified on the company's website.
