Students announced a blockade of Zemun for tomorrow
The students of the Faculty of Agriculture in the blockade have announced a blockade of the Aviation Square in Zemun for tomorrow (July 19) at 17 p.m.
The students in the blockade called on the citizens to participate in the humanitarian Zaječar bazaar, but also to vote in the elections in this city.
Zaječar this weekend, June 8, organizes local elections, and the students in the blockade invited everyone to help organize the Zaječarski bazaar, the day before.
As all eyes are on the local elections in Zaječar and Kosjerić these days, the students decided to take advantage of it, to invite people to vote, but also humanity. Their call is to actually support the humanitarian bazaar, organized by Zaječarac in the blockade.
"Within the student organization Student in Every Village, we are organizing a humanitarian festival to raise funds for our colleague Marija Mitrović. Despite her health, Marija actively advocated for student blockades - for truth and justice," write the Students of Zaječar. "Your numbers and help means as much to Mary as it does to us. We invite you to join us and contribute to the festival - bring food, crafts and trinkets that you are willing to sell or donate."
Young Zajecar
Zaječarci in blockade is a social profile of students and young people from Zaječar, united with a common goal - for a fairer and better tomorrow, as they wrote themselves. They are also calling for a massive turnout in this city.
"The current regime is clearly not capable of fulfilling the demands of the students. The demands that in a state where justice and truth reign, and the institutions do their job - would not even be made."
On June 8, everyone goes to the polls," they write.

Who will the Zaječar residents vote for in the blockade
This group is certainly in favor of elections, but they did not specifically call to support a specific electoral list. The only thing they pointed out, when it comes to political organizations during the elections, is that voting for list number 4 is actually the same as voting for SNS.
It is an electoral list led by doctor Nenad Ristović, and it is called "Domaćinski za Zaječar".
"On June 8, vote informed!" wrote Zaječar residents in the blockade.
They also shared the notice that Proglas will meet with the opposition in Zaječar before the elections.

Who is going to the elections in Zaječar?
In contrast to Kosjerić, where on June 8 citizens can vote for a list that brought together both students and the opposition, in Zaječar students did not engage politically to directly influence the local elections or to support a specific list.
Citizens will be able to choose from eight electoral lists on Sunday. Among them, on the side of the government, are the number one list - "We will not give Serbia-Aleksandar Vučić" SNS, led by Vladimir Videnović, as well as the list "Ivica Dačić-SPS-Odlučno za Zaječar", on which Aleksandar Diković is the first, and the fourth list "Dr. Nenad Ristović-Domaćinki za Zaječar", led by Nenad Ristović.
"The change we believe in Uglješa Đuričković Dragana Rašić" with Goran Kalčević at the top of the list, and "United for saving Zaječar Mirko Jelenković Miladin Krstić", where Dejan Krstić is the first on the list, are lists that represent the opposition.
There is also the minority list "Coalition for Eastern Serbia-Saša Radulović Grljanac", on which Radulović is number one, as well as the lists "We are the strength of the people - Prof. Dr. Branimir Nestorović - City of Zaječar" led by Luka Vojvodić and "Serbian liberals - Da se struka pita - Vladimir Kovačević", led by Dragan Đorđević.
