President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić called on the prosecution to investigate the claims of the vice-president of the Freedom and Justice Party (SSP) Marinike Tepić that he cooperated with the criminal Filip Korac, stressing that this was a lie.
"That man attacked my child, he wanted to kill me. I have never heard or seen him in my life, I am asking the prosecutor's office to initiate this (procedure). I have never lit a cigarette, nor seen drugs, nor drunk coffee in my life. I despise drugs, drug dealers," said Vučić during a meeting with students who oppose the blockade of the faculty.
He said that "when you look at the survey of public opinion, he understands the SSP", stating that "Tepić is as good as those he serves".
Tepić previously said at a press conference that the French authorities submitted evidence to the Serbian prosecutor's office four years ago, showing that Vučić "collaborated" with the criminal Korac, but that they did not respond.
Tepić: Serbia is run by the state drug cartel
She said that Korac is in prison in France for drug trafficking, weapons and liquidations, stressing that "Serbia is run by the state drug cartel."
According to her, there are thousands of pages of evidence, photographs, audio recordings and correspondence that have been in the possession of the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime for four years.
She reminded that in 2023, this evidence led Filip Korac and his associates to prison in France on charges of drug trafficking, weapons, organizing a criminal group and liquidation, but that the Serbian prosecution did not act against those who collaborated with Korac.
Publishing documents day by day
Marinika Tepić announced that every day from 13 p.m. on her Instagram profile, she will publish new information contained in the documents of the French police and prosecutor's office.
"And there are creepy things here, how deeply people from the government are involved in organized crime. From the fact that half of the government is on cocaine, or that Korać's associates collected votes for SNS, or incriminating information about Dijana Hrkalović regarding her involvement in the murder of lawyer Miša Ognjanović," Tepic said.
She states that it all started in 2021, when the French police and the prosecution sent the Serbian TOK a request letter with evidence to act on the broken sky communication of Veljko Belivuk's group, where the code name "Robin" also appears. Then it was deciphered that the name "Robin" is used by Filip Korac, who was designated by the French authorities as a drug dealer, Tepic states.
He adds that the documents reveal that in September 2022, the French police in Tahiti seized 423 kg of cocaine in packages with the face of Aleksandar Vučić on a Swedish sailboat. At the conference, Tepić also showed photos of confiscated drug packages, as well as sailboats.
