Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić confirmed that the Russians are considering selling part of NIS to the Americans, but, as he added, the question is whether the American side will accept

He states that the Russian side proposed that part NIS- and be sold to the Americans and that NIS buys part of the American OIL are correct, said the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, but that, as he added, the question is whether the American side will accept it.

"I'm not sure about that, but let's hope they will. I'd like to be wrong, I'd like the Russians to find a magic formula to solve that problem. I'm afraid my nose recognizes difficult situations very well," Vučić told reporters in Copenhagen, where he is participating in the summit of the European Political Union.

The statement comes after setting a new deadline for the entry into force of US sanctions on the Serbian oil industry, which has been moved to October 8.
