On Wednesday, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić read the report of the Russian Federal Security Service on the events of the protest on March 15, in which it was stated that "a categorical conclusion can be made that the acoustic devices possessed by the police authorities of Serbia were not used during the protest."
He said that the Russians used "experimental methods" on dogs, but also analyzed the recordings.
"Hook" file
"On March 15, everything was prepared for the final launch of the colored revolution," said Vučić.
"It was not organized by chance, it was a premeditated and organized attack on the state, with the aim of provoking absolute instability and the violent overthrow of the constitutional order."
He pointed out that Serbia will not allow this and will fight against all "monstrous" lies.
Vučić also said that the educators who were on strike will receive "potatoes", that is, they will not receive a salary.
He accused the "terrorist blockaders" of being directly responsible for the drastic drop in GDP, and that all those who "tried to destroy our country" will receive criminal charges for "organized crime against their country."
The president of the state once again publicly admits that the prosecutor's offices work according to his orders.
"Shame on you wretched liars for the sound cannon, you wanted to harm your country," Vučić finished his presentation.
The FSB's crazy conclusion
In its report, the FSB made the crazy conclusion that the organizers of the March 15 rally themselves caused the panic:
"It is noticeable that there are people present in the crowd who 'stimulate' and orient the crowd, they stand in the first rows in relation to the center of the 'event' and direct the movement of the crowd. On a series of video files, it can be seen that several men in black hoodies with hoods in Dragoslav Jovanovića Street threw some objects in front of an ambulance. Based on the research, it can be concluded that there was no mass psychological, moral and physical impact on people, they did not lose their orientation in space and ability to control their behavior," the report says.
At the end of the report, the FSB makes an incredible, almost cynical conclusion:
"Thus, according to the results of the conducted research, the following was established:
- Acoustic devices for breaking up rally participants were not used;
- There are public indications of directed provocation with the participation of a specially prepared group of persons and the use of smartphones to synchronize movements with the imitation of the effect of an acoustic cannon and also to block emergency services."
