"So, it is possible that I will resign soon," Vučić told reporters in Beijing at the beginning of his visit to China.
He added that he will not shorten the mandate, as President Boris Tadić once did, "with a ruthless wording, because you either resign or you are president until the end of the mandate."
He also said that some gatherings, thinking student protest at Slaviyaand, they cannot disturb, especially not when they are without a well-thought-out content, empty, nor particularly numerous, accusing the organizers of the meeting for incidents after its end.
He stated that the three services gave estimated those gathered last night and ranged from 30.500 to 34.300 thousand, and "we accepted the highest estimate", although, he stated, precise data show that there were slightly less than 34 thousand present.
As he stated, the Serbian Progressive Party will organize rallies from June 26 to 28, but "the messages that will be sent to the citizens are more important than our numbers."
Red lines with China
Commenting on the assessment of the American "Bloomberg" that it is "close to the red line" when it comes to the relationship between Serbia and China, Vučić said that the media "seems like it had no better business".
On the comment of MEP Andreas Šider that he stopped railway traffic in Serbia out of fear of his own citizens ahead of yesterday's protest in Belgrade's Slavija Square, Vučić said that "we, unlike Mr. Šider, do not have a problem with demonstrations".
