"I will question the ministers, that they work seriously, there is no excuse for someone being tired."
Power outage wave which enveloped Serbia during the frost seems to have angered him Aleksandar Vučić, which is justified, because the state is responsible for the catastrophic repair of damage during which many parts of the country were frozen and in the dark. The president of the state, on the other hand, threw this responsibility off himself and transferred it to other subordinates -
"Look at yourself - how many of you were on weekend vacations, when there was the most pressure regarding electricity? You had to because of the children, the family... and here some people were freezing. You want to go to Paris and London, but you don't want to work in China... Think carefully about what you did. I have to warn the directors of public companies where there is no electricity, even though I pointed out the problem every year. I'm not talking about political opponents, but about us."
He also threatened them with taking away their privileges:
"You are not God-given to enjoy an answering machine, a car."
He went on to throw the Prime Minister of the country Djuro Macutu how ministers who want to be in the Government of the country do not have the possibility to take vacations, weekends, non-working days from Thursday to Monday.
"Either they will work, or go to the assembly with an initiative to change. Take care, the people did not elect the government to brag," he added.
He told how the system had to be set up by volunteers.
"We had wonderful volunteers, who fought in impossible conditions and risked their lives. It is true that the citizens did not allow trees to be cut on the power line route, but why was the government not informed about it?"
They lie, he says, both to the citizens and to him
He also surrounded the Minister of Energy Dubravka Đedović Handanović.
"You are twisting me, why are you lying to me and the citizens, how long should I wait for you to do something. I have been in the state longer than all of you, don't sleep until you solve it, don't shake your head at me (in a raised voice), you don't care about the law - you are changing it, shame on you, and you want to live well, bow purse... You are afraid to sign contracts, authorize me and I will sign everything."
As the address continued, the threats became more intense.
"I will replace you because I have the majority in the parliament," Vučić threatened the ministers and asked them how many municipalities they visited and how much time they spent on the ground. He says, they just "tied themselves to the offices" and do nothing.
He also said that the eastern nations have eye of the tiger, which would mean that they have a killer instinct, that is, concentration at the highest level when they set their sights on something. Serbia, on the other hand, complains the president, that survival instinct is not there.
