After more than two months since the local elections in Zaječar, the High Court accepted the appeal of the opposition, which means that the City Assembly was not constituted within the legal term and new elections are to be held
"Dear citizens, after two months and 22 days of a great struggle for justice, truth, freedom and our Zaječar, we unofficially learned, and tomorrow it must be official, that the High Court in Zaječar has brought justice to the people of Zaječar," he said. As he pointed out, the High Court accepted their appeal.
"This means that the Assembly of Zajecar has not been constituted within the time limit stipulated by the law, and this means that there is no government in Zajecar and that we are going to new elections," explained Đuričković, and the Voice of Zajecar announced.
He ordered the authorities to publish the court's decision, which they received on Friday and which they are hiding from the citizens of Zaječar and Serbia.
"The citizens of Zaječar must know the truth and don't think of nonsense. The elections must be repeated. You have already violated the law and the Constitution of this country several times and the citizens of Zaječar will not allow you to do that again," he concluded.
We remind you that after the session of the Assembly held in August, the opposition filed a complaint with the High Court that the session was not conducted in accordance with the regulations and that the minutes of the verification commission with the signatures of all three members are missing.
