Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) accused the companies Jugoimport SDPR, Zenitprom, Krušik, Sofag, Reyer DTI, Sloboda and Prvi Partizan, along with other companies that have not been named, of exporting weapons to Ukraine. writes the New Economy.
The company Zenitprom had 4,26 billion dinars (about 36,4 million euros) in total revenues last year. This company is connected to Slobodan Tešić, arms dealer and financier of SNS.
Zenitprom
As BIRN wrote, Tešić used Zenitprom to circumvent the sanctions imposed on him by the United States of America.
The company is officially owned by Goran Tukić, a former Jugoimport SDPR official, but several BIRN sources have confirmed that Zenitprom is actually controlled by Tešić.
Back in 2022, BIRN revealed that one shipment from Zenitprom went to Global Military Products Inc, part of Global Ordnance, which supplies arms and ammunition to the US Department of Defense and its allies, particularly in Ukraine and Syria.
According to export data, Zenitprom has been exporting mostly to Bosnia and Herzegovina in recent years.
Sofag
The company Sofag, which is owned by his daughter Jelena Petrović, is also connected with Tešić.
This company was founded in 2022. Its total income last year was 6,17 billion dinars (52,7 million euros), and in 2023 it was 4,13 billion dinars (35,3 million euros).
According to the statistical data of state authorities on foreign trade, Sofag exported goods worth 2023 million euros in 35,1, to Bulgaria and Turkey.
The following year, Sofag exported to Uganda, Bulgaria, Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates and Great Britain, and the total value of these exports was 51,6 million euros.
In the first four months of this year, the value of Sofaga's exports was 24 million euros, and the destination countries were Bulgaria and Great Britain.
Reyer DTI
Reyer DTI's 2024 financial report has not yet been published on the Business Register Agency website, but trade figures show that the company earns millions from exports.
Reyer's exports last year were worth 11,3 million euros, and the destination countries were the USA, Turkey and Slovakia.
In the first four months of 2025, this company's exports reached as much as 17,1 million euros, to the same three countries, with exports to the USA leading the way.
Reyer DTI is wholly owned by Katarina Janković. Jugoimport SDPR, Krušik, Sloboda and Prvi Partizan are arms manufacturers owned by the state.
The companies mentioned in the statement of the Russian SVR did not respond to New Economy's request for comment before the publication of the text.

President Aleksandar Vučić reacted to the SVR's allegations, saying that Serbia formed a working group together with the Russian side in order to establish the facts.
"Some of the things that were stated are not true. Let's say, they correctly say that there is a contract with the Czech Republic. But no permission was given and none of the missiles were delivered," Vučić told RTS.
