Students and citizens left tonight from Faculty of Law, through Beogradska Street to Security and information agencies (BIA), in order to support colleague Helena Strugar, who is not allowed to return to Serbia.

Students in the blockade of the Faculty of Law called for a walk to the BIA, which they claim is "blocking" the entry of Helena Strugar into Serbia.
Helena Strugar is a citizen of Montenegro and was expelled in April, after an incident she recorded on her phone at the Faculty of Law on January 13, when masked people physically attacked her and her colleagues.
In April, when she tried to enter Serbia from Montenegro, she was handed a decision that she could not do so because it posed a security risk.
However, as Helena herself said, it was never officially and accurately explained to her what kind of threat she could represent to Serbia or the state order. She and her lawyers repeatedly asked for these explanations, then filed appeals against the decision to ban her from entering Serbia - however, all those appeals were rejected.
They assume that the reason is that she participated in the blockades for months and that in January she filmed the incident on Faculty of Law when masked men entered the building and physically assaulted her and her colleagues. Helena was then punched, and her nail was broken.
Her colleague Aleksandra Nikolić says that Helena has already used all legal remedies and that an administrative dispute is currently being held.
