In the official official note which, according to the publication lawyer Ivan Ninić on the social network X, made by one of the police officers who intervened on the evening of June 4 in Student City, it is stated that a student Milos Pavlovic he did not want to talk to the police or answer questions about his safety.
According to the document, the patrol was dispatched to 23.30 Tošin Bunar Street around 147:XNUMX p.m., following a report of noise and commotion which, according to the allegations, said unknown persons gathered in front of one of the cafes within Studenjak.
"A colleague from the Police Brigade was found on the spot, who stated that a person named Miloš Pavlović, a student who wants to study, was in the cafe, and that a group had gathered around the building, shouting at him to get out," the note states.
The officers found that the door of the cafe was locked. After the unknown male person let them go, they tried to talk to Pavlović and those present about possible threats, attacks or threats. Pavlović, as stated, did not answer the questions, while eight other persons present also refused to cooperate.
After that, the patrol, according to the instructions of superiors from headquarters ("Avala 92"), was ordered to leave the scene, which, according to the note, was done.
A video from the cafe, which is circulating on social networks, shows that Pavlović was on the phone the whole time, but did not communicate with the police. He and his company left the cafe only after the MUP members withdrew, after which a physical confrontation took place with the students gathered outside, known by the slogan "students who want to learn".
After the incident, Miloš Pavlović was taken care of in the Emergency Center, and photos showed him in a wheelchair. The very next day, he appeared in Pioneer Park. This case was labeled as "fascism" by top state officials.
After the event, there were bringing more students from the Student City, among whom was a journalist from the Zoomer portal, who recorded the departure of the police and the entire course of the incident.
