The second-instance trial of the parents of the boy who died in Elementary school "Vladislav Ribnikar" killed nine students and a school guard Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, as well as the instructor at the shooting range where the boy practiced shooting to Nemanja Marinković scheduled for June 19.
At the public session of the Court of Appeal, appeals will be considered against the verdict that was pronounced on December 30 last year.
Vladimir Kecmanović was sentenced to a prison term of 14 years and six months for a serious offense against general safety and neglect and abuse of a minor.
Miljana Kecmanović was sentenced to three years in prison for illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances and for neglecting and abusing a minor.
Shooting instructor Nemanja Marinković was sentenced to 15 months in prison for the criminal offense of giving a false statement.
The lawyers of the boy's parents and the instructor, as well as the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, filed an appeal against the verdict.
