Television N1 recorded how the poor residents of Mala Krsna are transported directly to the Belgrade municipality of Voždovac in expensive cars. The suspicion that this is a new case of organized "electoral migration" is well founded. Only the Prosecutor's Office can issue an order to check what is happening there, Raša Nedeljkov from the CRTA organization told Vreme.
Following a tip-off that about sixty residents of the village of Mala Krsna near Smederevo will become Belgrade citizens in a matter of hours, the N1 television crew arrived at the scheduled meeting place on Thursday before the first passengers. The bus station where they meet is located at the very beginning of the street, where mostly people displaced from Kosovo have been living for more than two decades.
That not everyone is ready to temporarily move from Mala Krsna to Belgrade this time - it becomes clear from the number of passengers. Only about twenty of them arrive. Young men in expensive cars soon come to pick up people who live on social assistance, reports N1.
Not an hour later they were in Belgrade, near the Voždovac municipality building, near the police station. They run away from the camera, when asked by journalist Mladen Savatović if they came there to change their place of residence, they answer with the counter question "which party does he work for".
These people seem to think they are participating in some normal party election activities. As they were obviously told to keep their mouths shut, they replied to the N1 journalist with coffee in plastic cups in hand that they came to Belgrade, right in front of the Voždovac Municipality building, "to take a walk".
In Mala Krsna, N1 learns from the locals that this "migration" is not taking place for the first time. Price for a temporary change of residence? Two thousand dinars.
Many of these people, reports N1, don't even know that they are coming to Belgrade to get a new identity card, and not for a rally, as they are sometimes told.
Why is the Prosecutor's Office not responding?
And what now?
And after the harsh resolution of the European Parliament pointing out the prohibitive conditions under which the extraordinary parliamentary, provincial, local and Belgrade elections were held on December 17 last year, after the warning report of the international observation mission and the solemn promises that the progressive government will listen to the recommendations of the ODIHR , after all the evidence of electoral fraud presented by the Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (CRTA), after protests by the opposition, the electoral roll engineers are apparently continuing right there where they stood before the December elections - they deregister people in their place of residence and register them temporarily where they need to soften the majority.
The television footage is not proof of that, but it is very indicative.
CRTA documented identical cases in connection with the elections on December 17, the program director of this organization, Raša Nedeljkov, told "Vreme".
And now how to check what happened yesterday on the route Mala Krsna - Voždovac?
"Not at all," says Nedeljkov. "The inspection would have to be ordered by the Prosecutor's Office or the Directorate of Inspections, in order to see what the municipal officers and the MUP were doing."
And if there is no political will, and there is none, all that remains are painstaking and complicated comparative analyzes that require time.
For Nedeljkov, it is obvious that this is a continuation of the previous election engineering operation.
In order to make such manipulations impossible once and for all, he proposes to pass a law according to which citizens only acquire the right to vote in their place of residence one year after registration.
Also, in order to prevent such frauds, it should be legally prescribed that all local elections be held simultaneously.
What is the opposition doing?
Although the government scored an own goal in Mala Krsna before the rest of the local elections and the repeat of the elections in Belgrade, the opposition leaders did not hurry there to talk with the locals and use the opportunity to start an election campaign themselves.
Instead, the vice-president of the Serbian People's Movement Miloš Pavlović called on the republican public prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac to act in accordance with the law and determine who is moving the citizens from Mala Krsna to Belgrade, in order to vote in the Belgrade elections.
He also called on the citizens who were asked to change their place of residence, to resist it and not accept to participate in the commission of a criminal act.
We can expect more announcements and guest appearances by opposition leaders on N1 and Nova S televisions on the subject of Mala Krsna.

There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vučić is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.
