"I note that the Assembly did not vote no confidence in the Government," said Ana Brnabić.
It was just before RTS was going to end its live broadcast on the third day sessions of the Serbian Parliament at which it was decided to trust the Government, because of the Red Star-Larn match that started at 20 p.m. RTS will broadcast a recording of the session after the broadcast of the match, it was announced in Kyron on RTS's Second Program.
40 deputies voted for the motion of no confidence in the Government, 135 against, one of the 175 deputies present abstained.
The extraordinary session of the parliament, the only point of which is the proposal for a vote of no confidence in the government, which was submitted by 62 members of the opposition, began on Monday.
The session was convened at the request of 109 deputies of the parliamentary group "Aleksandar Vučić - Serbia must not stop", and the motion for a vote of no confidence in the government was submitted on February 13 by 62 deputies of the opposition, due to well-founded suspicions about the involvement of certain members of the government in the General Staff case, as well as because the prime minister did not take any action in this regard.
