The Provisional Authority of the City of Belgrade was formed and held its first session. Aleksandar Šapić was appointed as the president of the Provisional Authority, and Aleksandar Mirković, Nikola Nikodijević, Professor Dr. Vladimir Obradović and Dobrica Veselinović as members.
All local self-government bodies and executive bodies are abolished, and until the election of the mayor and the constitution of the City of Belgrade Assembly, the City will be run by a Provisional Authority headed by Aleksandar Šapić.
