The second day of the building blockade is underway Radio and Television of Serbia, which began on Monday (April 14) evening. And, the students say, it will last until the requirements are met - the announcement of a competition for members Regulatory body for electronic media (REM).
People gather and bring food and drink to the students blocking RTS.
The sudden action was organized by Students in Blockade. All entrances to RTS were blocked, in Takovska, Aberdareva and the studio on Košutnjak in Belgrade, and on Monday evening Vojvodina Radio and Television (RTV) in Novi Sad was also blocked.
The protesters who blocked the RTV building dispersed this morning around 5:30, after the Gendarmerie dispersed them.
According to RTV, employees have been allowed to enter the building since this morning, and all entrances were blocked from 22 p.m. last night.
Although people are still arriving, many have been here since yesterday.
"It's difficult for people to organize themselves for this kind of 'blitz action' because of work. I'm late for work and I didn't post anything on social networks, so that people from work wouldn't see," one citizen with a whistle in his hand told "Vreme".
The crowd is supported by passers-by blowing their whistles and car and bus drivers honking their horns.
Student stewards say that for now the plan is to stay in front of the RTS building until further notice.
"We are waiting for REM to have mercy," say the guards, who mention the possibility of ending the blockade earlier, if they do not receive an answer to the request.

Why is RTS blocked?
The maximalist goal of this protest is to announce a new competition for REM council members or "to shut down RTS".
Although the student guards do not allow entry into the RTS building at Takovska 10, some employees found ways to go to work.
"Next to the kebab shop at the back of RTS, the employees managed to get in. That's because there were only five guards there. We managed to block the others," the guards explain.
Earlier on Tuesday morning, it was announced that a number of RTS workers entered the Public Service building through the mentioned location, but half an hour late, which is why the start of the morning program was also delayed, according to the Nova portal.
Serbian Radio and Television called on students in the blockade to end the blockade of public service facilities.
"Blocking facilities and preventing public service employees from doing the work for which they are legally responsible represents unacceptable pressure on the media that citizens have placed the greatest trust in for years," RTS said.
The blockades of RTV and RTS started because of the way the public service reports on student protests and student cyclists who ride to Strasbourg.
Regardless of the students' demands and the ongoing blockade, RTS broadcasts the program without interruption.
