Members of the police, in cooperation with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Kraljevo and the BIA, are in the area of Kraljevo arrested RT (46) from East, AP KiM, on suspicion of having committed a criminal act espionage from Article 315 of the CC of Serbia, Tanjug announced.
The arrested RT is suspected to have been in a collaborative relationship with the Albanian Intelligence Service, which operates in the area of AP KiM, for a long period of time.
He is also suspected of having been involved in collecting and providing information and knowledge about the activities of former and current members of the Serbian Army, the Ministry of Interior of Serbia and other security structures of the state, which resulted in the arrest of several persons of Serbian nationality by the temporary Pristina institutions and the persecution of a large number of Serbs from the area of Zubin Potok and the north of Kosovo.
After questioning RT as a suspect for the aforementioned crime, he was detained for up to 48 hours, after which he will be brought before the competent Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Kraljevo.
