REC determined the final number of voters in the elections
The Republic Election Commission (REC) made a decision today on determining the final number of voters in Serbia

According to representatives of the opposition parties, the new Government of Serbia under the mandate of Miloš Vucevic will not mean any fundamental change. The executive director of CeSID, Bojan Klačar, says that the three determinants of the new government are continuity, balance and size.
The president of the Serbian Progressive Party Miloš Vučević disclosed names of members of the new Government of Serbia after the session of the Presidency of the party, and the representatives of the opposition agree in the opinion that the new Government will not make fundamental changes in the policy of running the country.
Lazović (ZLF): Regrouping in the SNS camp
The co-president of the Green-Left Front, Radomir Lazović, assesses that the composition of the new government is not good news for the citizens of Serbia, and that there is a "regrouping in the SNS camp, where the clan of the new president, Miloš Vučević, is gaining more space."
"It is obvious that this is a government of continuity in terms of harmful decisions and the disastrous situation of the citizens of Serbia. Currently, the largest part of our society is in the struggle for existence, while a small part connected to the fake SNS elite has grabbed all the wealth of this country and is doing it in an illegal way," says Lazović for "Vreme" and adds that the new government will continue with harmful decisions for the citizens of Serbia.
"Today, Serbia is a country with one of the biggest economic illegalities in Europe, and this will continue with the new government." In addition, with its continuity of harmful decisions, this government will lead Serbia to remain a country where people die from pollution, where rivers have become landfills, where we privatize public goods, where we are ready to give our most valuable natural assets to companies for profit. regardless of whether the citizens will be harmed by it, as is the case with lithium mining", believes the co-president of the ZLF.
Stefanović (SSP): One of the most cumbersome governments in history
The deputy president of the Party of Freedom and Justice, Borko Stefanović, believes that it is a "government of continuity of corruption, isolation and ruin of Serbia".
"It is one of the most cumbersome governments in history. Anyone who is close to Vučić's cauldron is pushed inside. This is a Government that will continue to borrow the country, destroy our economy and promote poverty and corruption. The composition of the government confirms that it is the government of Seselj's buds," Stefanović told Vreme.
He adds that the composition of the new government is essentially not of greater importance. "The government is made up of people who are not important in any way, because none of them will really be a minister, but will be, like those before them, mere scribes of the man from Andrić's wreath", emphasizes Stefanović, who expects that there will be changes - but on up.
"That's why they said that Serbia must not stop, thinking above all that robbery, general corruption and theft of elections must not stop. You have one Vulin and one Lončar in the Government who are returning. It doesn't occur to them to change anything. If anyone had any illusions, I hope they are gone. I am also referring to the international community, considering that a large part of it looked favorably on the events in Serbia," concludes the deputy president of the SSP.
PSG: The new government indicates that SNS and SPS are no longer on the European path
The Movement of Free Citizens (PSG) assessed that the composition of the Vučević Government shows that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) nominally cease to be on the European path and that this government can also be called the government for the implementation of the "Serbian world" project. ".
In the press release of PSG, it is emphasized that the composition of the Government shows that SNS and SPS want to lead the policies of their founders Slobodan Milošević and Vojislav Šešelj - "complete international isolation of Serbia, conflicts in the region, ties to Russia and the introduction of bans on all civil liberties in Serbia". .
It is emphasized that the proposal to elect Aleksandar Vulin from the Socialist Movement, the president of the Zavetnici party Milica Đurđević Stamenkovski, the president of the Serbian People's Party Nenad Popović and the member of the SNS Zlatibor Lončar as ministers "clearly sends a message that this government will exclusively represent the interests of Russia in Europe and be factor of instability in the Western Balkans".
They add that the Government of Serbia is also part of the "Government of the Security Services", people who received orders of Russia for their work, because at least five ministers from this proposal were at the head of the Security and Information Agency, coordination of the security services or were associated with work for security agencies.
That is why PSG MPs Pavle Grbović, Anna Oreg and Vladimir Pajić will vote against the election of this Government.
Nestorović: We will not vote for a recycled government
Even Branimir Nestorović, MP from the "We-Strength of the People" Movement, will not vote for this "recycled" government.
"There will be a lot of recycled personnel in the Government, and some of them have only changed ministerial positions." This will essentially be the old Government. Dacic returned to the post of Minister of Police, Gašić to the post of Minister of Defense, Lončar to the post of Minister of Health, Slavica Đukić Dejanović is the Minister of Education for the second time, Vula's vice president without a portfolio... It is also interesting that the Minister of Labor, Nikola Selaković, was proposed as the Minister of Culture. "Obviously, it is a personnel carousel that we will not support," said Nestorovic.
According to him, positive changes in society and the state cannot be expected from the future government.
"It's the same as when you shoot a flock of crows, they fly away and return to the same tree, but on different branches." The new government will continue the policy of the previous one and it will not last long because there are no announcements of any changes," he said.
Asked what kind of changes he was thinking of, Nestorović said that strategic issues should be reconsidered. "After the adoption of the Resolution on Srebrenica, there will be dramatic events regarding the Republika Srpska. The new government kept the ministry for European integration, which is pointless. "We should turn to BRICS, not those who accept Kosovo into the Council of Europe and pass the Resolution on Srebrenica," he said.
Nestorović is not sure that the new government will initiate the fight against crime and corruption.
"Many unsolved criminal cases have accumulated. Without a serious fight against crime and corruption, Serbia cannot go anywhere. The Minister of Justice (Maja Popović) remained the same, so the police can file reports, but all this is in vain if the judiciary does not react quickly and adequately. I don't expect almost any changes from the new government and I think that the current policy will continue," Nestorović stressed.
Klačar (CeSID): The new government is covered ideologically in different ways
The executive director of the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) Bojan Klačar estimated for "Vreme" that there are three determinants of the new Government of Serbia: size, balance in all parameters and continuity compared to the previous ones.
"There are three general characteristics of this government. The first is that it is large, and it is a continuation of cumbersome governments in Serbia, which are more the rule than the exception. The second characteristic is more important, and it is balanced, in order to satisfy all the interests that the ruling coalition currently has. It is large enough for all coalition partners and is ideologically covered in different ways, from pro-Western oriented people, pro-Russian, to those who belong to the right center", says Klačar.
He reminds that it also includes people who are extremely loyal and important to the Serbian Progressive Party itself, and that is why it includes Siniša Mali, Bratislav Gašić and Zlatibor Lončar.
As the third characteristic, which he assesses as the most important, he states that by all parameters this is a government of continuity.
"This can be seen from the choice of the prime minister, who is in line with what is mostly Vučić's policy." Furthermore, the key portfolios, namely defense, finance and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are entrusted to people who are irreplaceable in the current political structures of government, Gašić, Mal and Dacić. That is why it seems that we will not get significantly big changes in the conduct of the policy", believes the executive director of CeSID.
Speaking about the surprises in the list that was read this morning, Mandate Vučević says: "For me, there are a few surprises there." A big surprise that is little talked about is that Maja Gojković got the position of Prime Minister of Vojvodina. This means that Aleksandar Vučić does not want to leave things to chance at any level, not even in Vojvodina, and always reaches out to people who are loyal. Another surprise for me is the stay in office of Maja Popović, who was exposed to criticism, even within SNS. It is obvious that she got a second chance".
He adds that Nikola Selaković and Aleksandar Martinović are also surprises, because they were given portfolios that were never close to them. Selaković received the portfolio of culture, and Martinović the portfolio of agriculture.
"I wouldn't call it a surprise, but the appointment of Aleksandar Vulin is a certain kind of message that is sent to the public, and he has already held important state positions for 11 years," concludes Klačar. "A compromise was made so that he would retain an important function in the government system, but that this function should not be close to any specific portfolio".

The Republic Election Commission (REC) made a decision today on determining the final number of voters in Serbia

A citizen of Belgrade whose polling station in Banja Luka was changed in the voter list without his knowledge claims that the Ministry did not correct his data and that the deadlines have expired. The elections are on October 25 and he still doesn't know where he will vote.

The pardon procedure implies the appropriate role of the Minister of Justice, who should initiate the procedure or submit an opinion on the pardon, says prosecutor Radovan Lazić.
Phone numbers 064 876 85 05 and 011 2068 100 will be available 24/7 for reports and addresses to citizens, and the possibility of direct addresses at the premises of the Protector of Citizens is also provided.

NUNS demands an urgent investigation due to the threats sent to two Radar journalists who wrote about the Sky correspondence in which Aleksandar Vučić is mentioned. The association states that the threats also mention violence against children of journalists and warns of impunity
