The High Court in Belgrade extended it for another three months Miljana Kecmanovic a measure prohibiting him from approaching, meeting and communicating with his son KK, who was in elementary school on May 3 last year "Vladislav Ribnikar" killed nine peers and the guard of that school.
The ban on approaching, communicating and meeting with the witness, i.e. with the KK, was determined in October last year and since then the court controls it every three months, spokeswoman for that court, Milica Veličković, told Tanjug.
The court made the decision to extend the measure on October 11. The boy has been in a psychiatric clinic since May 3, that is, since his arrest.
In the criminal proceedings against Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, the boy's parents, at the previous trial on October 8, their son KK testified
The trial continues on October 17 with the questioning of a minor who is a witness in this proceeding.
This trial is closed to the public and is being held in the High Court building, but due to the fact that a minor is testifying, it has been temporarily moved to the Special Court building in Ustanička Street.
The boy's father was accused of committing a crime - a serious crime against general security, because he took the 13-year-old child to the shooting range and taught him to shoot, as well as for not adequately storing weapons in the house.
Miljana Kecmanović's mother was charged because her DNA was found on a shell casing in the classroom where the massacre was committed.
The boy KK, who at the time of this crime was not yet 14 years old and therefore not criminally responsible, shot on May 3rd at school with two of his father's pistols that he took on May 1st.
He put them in a backpack, went to school and during the first lesson killed 10 people and wounded five more children and a history teacher.
