Central Election Commission Kosova announced that the decision of the Election Panel for Appeals and Petitions must be implemented Serbian list enable participation in the elections on February 9, reports Koha.
CEC President Krešnik Radonjići said at today's session that the decisions of the Election Council for appeals and petitions are mandatory and that he considers the matter closed.
"Decisions of the Electoral Council are binding for us," he said.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Kosovo rejected Self-Determination's appeal against the decision of the Election Panel for Appeals and Petitions and ordered the CEC to certify the candidacy of the Serbian List.
Previously, the CEC refused to certify the candidacy of the Serbian List at the insistence of its members from Self-Determination, reports Kosovo Online.
