As Kurir writes, by order of the prosecution, Radić will be interviewed by the police about all the circumstances of his statements since March 15 last year regarding the use of sonic weapons.
Blic writes that it is suspected that Radić started spreading information about the alleged use of a sound cannon with the aim of creating panic and convincing citizens that they were exposed to the effect of a "sound cannon".
The action followed a statement by the High Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade late last week suggesting that the alleged use of a "sound cannon" at the March 15 protest was part of a premeditated simulation aimed at causing panic and destabilizing the state.
What did Radic say?
Aleksandar Radić found himself in studio N1 during the evening of March 15, 2025. After the event that caused a stampede in Ulica Kralja Milana, testimonies and speculations quickly began to multiply on social networks.
As "Vreme" wrote in the big Dossier "Hook", it is difficult to say who was the first to mention the sound cannon, but on the same evening it was the only thing being talked about. Soon, the military expert Aleksandar Radić dared to tell N1 that this weapon was used at a peaceful protest, judging that it was a "brutal display of force" out of "hatred of one's own people".
Radić then explained to "Vreme" that he substantiated such claims with conversations with friends from abroad who used a sound cannon. He adds that it is also possible to tell based on the effects that people have experienced - from discomfort to anxiety. "It depends on the state of the organism, what will happen to it and how it will feel. It is a feeling that cannot be controlled, it is experienced individually and depends on the strength and duration of the signal," said Radić at the time.
