Pavle Cicvarić, a student who is this morning busted when he tried to enter the Rectorate of the University of Belgrade, he told Nova.rs that he was in the police station for about an hour and that the police officers twisted his arm when they arrested him upon entering the Rectorate building.
He tried to enter the building because it was celebrating the Students' Day, which was supposed to be attended by President Aleksandar Vučić, who canceled the visit due to the extraordinary scheduling of the National Security Council session.
Let us remind you that he is a student and a member of the informal group "Mladi Borba", he was arrested when he was trying to enter the building of the UB Rectorate and was attending a ceremony to celebrate Students' Day.
By the way, the organization "Borba" and the youth of the parliamentary opposition announced a rally at 12.30:XNUMX in front of the Rectorate where, according to the original announcements, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, was supposed to come to mark the International Students' Day.
In the meantime, the media reported that Vučić canceled his visit to the Rectorate and urgently convened a meeting of the National Security Council.
Participants of the protest rally in front of the Rectorate will join the blockade of Branko Bridge.
