Announced for years, but never realized Vučić "Movement for the People and the State" will receive reinforcements from Jagodina. Dragan Marković Palma, leader of United Serbia, applied for membership in advance.
"United Serbia has been in coalition with the SPS since 2008, and of course we will join the Movement for the People and the State announced by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić," Marković said on Pink TV.
He did not specify whether the Socialists will also join the famous movement that Vučić recently announced again as an urgent need.
As for Palma, he says, he won't even ask what his party is getting because it's about saving and progressing the country.
"You don't live from the past or the future, the past has passed, and the future has yet to come, but the important thing is now, what is today," added the eternal ruler of Jagodina.
As soon as possible, the government in Belgrade
He said that it is necessary to form a government in Belgrade, but not wasting more time on new elections. The opposition, he says, will be "driven into political retirement" by the people's votes, and Belgrade should be built, from Expo onwards.
"I don't see what the problem is in creating a majority in Belgrade." Those six councilors of the 'famous doctor' should fight with a program and a platform. They saw how some broke into the Assembly of the City of Belgrade with sticks. Did they fight for such a Belgrade?", Marković referred to the question of the legitimacy of the majority in Belgrade.
Earlier, outgoing Prime Minister Ana Brnabić and President Aleksandar Vučić and former mayor Aleksandar Šapić said that they have a secured majority in the City Assembly, but that it is not legitimate enough for them.
What is Nestorović famous for?
Palma also had a message for Branimir Nestorović, whose involvement in politics he compared to fighting and matchmaking.
"And as for the 'famous doctor', we all remember when there was corona, when he advised us to go shopping in Italy and when he said that corona is a fake virus. But when people started dying, people we know, then I asked myself, 'if a doctor gives us such advice, what is the future,'" said Palma on Pink.
In the end, he expressed the hope that smallpox will not take off because children suffer when their parents follow the "advice" of Nestorović and others and do not take them for vaccination.
