New research New Serbian political thoughts (NSPM) can be described by Njegoš's verses: "No one is happy, and no one is enough, no one is peaceful, and no one is peaceful."
Such findings are seen by Đorđe Vukadinović, chief editor of NSPM, in an exclusive text for large double issue of "Vreme" (Thursday, July 30).

Numbers and commas
In numbers, the Student List is supported by 39,6 percent of people, and the Serbian Progressive Party by 37,5 percent. The Socialist Party of Serbia would pass the census on its own with 4,9 percent.
The census poll sees two opposition lists. A possible coalition of the National Movement of Serbia, the New Face of Serbia, the Ecological Uprising and the Movement for Decentralization would have 5,6 percent. And the coalition of the Party of Freedom and Justice, the Heart and the Movement of Free Citizens 4,2 percent.
Dr. Branimir Nestorović's team would also be in the parliament with 3,8 percent. The list of the New DSS would remain outside with 2,3 percent.
A quarter of voters as a black box
When the line is drawn, it is about a three percent advantage for the opposition actors, even if Nestorović is included in the government.
But, it should be added, even a quarter of those surveyed do not know who they will vote for, will not vote or will not answer the question.
"Vučić is entering the election story for the first time, which, to say the least, does not have the already known and guaranteed ending," concludes Vukadinović. "This game will be played until the final whistle."
