The Faculty of Law in Novi Sad proposed that the premises of the courts be used for holding exams in January. According to the administration of the faculty, this would provide students with adequate conditions for taking exams, without interfering with the work of the courts

Administration Faculty of Law u Novi Sad sent a request that the January exam period be held in the premises of the court building in Sutjeska 3, the 021.rs portal announced.

As written in the letter from the vice-dean for teaching of this faculty, which was sent to the Teaching and Research Council, the proposal is to send a request to the Ministry of Education and the presidents of the Basic, High, Appellate and Commercial Courts in Novi Sad, which are all located in the same building.

The Faculty of Law, it is added, has signed cooperation protocols with these institutions.

"We propose that the premises of the court (available courtrooms) be made available for conducting the examination, without disrupting the regular work of the court, outside of working hours, on weekdays from 16 to 20 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 17 p.m., from the 16th to the 31st." January. In addition to this proposal, we also highlight the fact that for many years practical teaching has been carried out in these courts, which is foreseen in the syllabi of the accredited study programs, as well as that the largest number of subjects from the accredited study programs of our Faculty are also taken in the bar exam. it is stated in the memo.

They point out that when the exam is held outside the Faculty, and in order to create security conditions, "taking into account exceptional, i.e. extraordinary circumstances", the public will be secured in accordance with the Rulebook on conducting classes and evaluating students.

Vuฤiฤ‡'s billboards and reality

There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vuฤiฤ‡ is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.

The pre-election arrests due to the alleged "overthrow of the state" testify to the regime's panic. The bad news for them is - they can't arrest the whole people who decided to defend themselves from progressive beatings and election theft
