Ninić: I do not believe that Vesić will appear on the repeated indictment

Lawyer Ivan Ninić claims that Goran Vesić practically disappeared from the investigation into the fall of the canopy at the Railway Station in Novi Sad, although he was previously linked to this case. The higher court canceled his detention with the explanation that there are no grounds for suspecting a criminal offense, and Ninić doubts that Vesić will even appear on the repeated indictment.

I don't see anyone mentioning it. Goran Vesić, he completely disappeared from the case for the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad, the lawyer stated in the Radara Forum Ivan Ninic, who in this show was the guest of associate professor of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, Vanja Bajović.

As it was announced today on the YouTube channel of this weekly, Ninić assessed that the High Court in Novi Sad practically freed Vesić when it lifted his detention, with the explanation that there is no reasonable doubt that he committed a criminal offense.

Ninić does not believe that Vesić will be indicted again, unless the prosecution unearths something new against him.

The High Court in Novi Sad announced on April 11 that it returned the indictment that the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in that city brought on December 30 last year against 13 people for the fall of the canopy at the Railway Station on November 1, 2024.
