MPs from the "We - Voice of the People" list Branimir Nestorović and Aleksandar Pavić announced today that it is true that on Tuesday they left the meeting of the founders of that citizens' association, but not the movement, as previously announced by part of the founders of that organization, because the movement has yet to is registered under the law on political parties, the newspaper Danas reported.
Nestorović and Pavić stated in the statement that leaving the meeting in Pancevo was preceded by "extremely unpleasant and unacceptable events that led to that outcome", as well as that the statement by the founders presented an incomplete picture of the events at the meeting in Pancevo, and that the speed of its publication leads to doubt about the true motives.
In the announcement of Nestorović and Pavić, it is stated that on Friday, February 16, after the organizational meeting in Pancevo, Dragan Stanojević tried to provoke Pavić by threatening him with physical violence in a public place and insulting him personally.
Stanojević's threat of physical violence is only a confirmation that there is something there and that there is a danger that the integrity of the movement will be called into question, Nestorović and Pavić pointed out and added that at the meeting on Tuesday, Pavić opened the meeting by telling the others the details of Stanojević's failed provocation in Pančevo. , with the attitude that he can no longer cooperate with someone like Stanojević on any basis.
As explained further, Nestorović agreed with Pavić and presented some other details from the conversation with their "soon-to-be former accounting firm, as well as some other negative evaluations of Stanojević's actions" and stated that the new party called Pokret Mi - Voice from the People should have presidential system and that he should have presidential powers because he carried a disproportionate burden as the holder of the list and is its most recognizable face.

"The movement has yet to be registered under the law on political parties, so it formally does not exist at the moment," Nestorović and Pavić pointed out and stated that they believed that the governing body should be expanded to include at least three more quality people and opposed the false and inadequate presentation, noting that Stanojević presented himself as a "political scientist", although he does not possess such a degree.
Nestorović and Pavić added that they were extremely dissatisfied with Branko Pavlović's lack of responsibility in the selection of Aleksandar Jerković as the list holder for Belgrade and the consequences that this disastrous choice had for their electoral list and reputation.
They claim that Pavlović began to introduce an unhealthy atmosphere into the organization, with further attempts to frame him on his own and to spoil relations with some of the key people, as well as by promoting personalities connected to Western NGOs.

According to the data of the Agency for Economic Registers, the organization "We - Voice of the People" is registered as a citizens' association, founded on September 1, 2023. The area of achieving the goals of "We - The Voice of the People" is "political, economic, social and cultural".
