"Of course, this exhibition is there for a purpose and a reason. We from the European Parliament, therefore from the European Union... it is an organization that is based on anti-fascism, because without the victory over Nazism, there would be no European Union. We have no problem to look at exhibitions like this and for those who do not know, to expand their knowledge about what happened during the Second World War. Therefore, all these stories that someone was looking for some other corridors are absolutely not true."
The journalist asked him how he commented on Thompson's concert and his song "Za dom spremni", to which Pizzula replied:
"I condemn every form of historical revisionism, and how dare I not also those who try in any way to justify what is probably the greatest world tragedy of the first half of the last century, regardless of where it happened. In Croatia, in Serbia or in any other part of the world. I think I was more than clear when certain events were happening."
Let's recall that yesterday the representatives of the authorities said that the delegation of the European Parliament, which arrived in Serbia on an observation mission, "requested that the Parliament of Serbia does not pass through the central hall where the Jasenovac exhibition is - a permanent warning".

So, they did not enter the central hall to first pay tribute to the sufferings of the Serbian people and the victims of the Holocaust, they entered the corridors as they announced, and only after the first meeting, I guess it was stupid enough for them and I guess they were ashamed enough to avoid the exhibition, so they went around that exhibition," she said.
She added that the representatives of the EP sent a letter yesterday stating that they did not want to pass through the central corridor, but that the pressure of the people was strong enough that they realized that it was inappropriate not to visit the exhibition.
"I will remind you, yesterday they sent a letter that they do not want to pass through the central corridor because of their sentiments. I guess that exhibition would not offend them," said the President of the Assembly of Serbia.

The deputy president of the Party of Freedom and Justice, Borko Stefanović, said that in the situation of the arrival of the mission of the European Parliament in Serbia, the Serbian progressive party shows its true "radical face, that is, the face of isolation, hatred of corruption, crime and violence". .
