Students Jovina Gymnasium are on the occasion of a two-day boycott of classes on the social network Instagram pointed out: "After the events we have witnessed in the last few days, such as sudden checks as a way to live on the students, threats, the lack of allegedly hired substitutes or their complete incompetence, we, the students of Jova Gymnasium, are entering into a two-day boycott of classes."
The students point out that five professors have been suspended, and thirty of them have lost access to the school email. They add that they want their professors and quality education that befits a reputable institution such as Jovina Gymnasium in Novi Sad.
The next step is lawsuits and criminal charges
On Wednesday, May 27, parents and students of this high school organized a protest demanding the dismissal of the school principal Radivoje Stojković. In the statement they published on the Instagram social network, they stated that the last mechanisms left to them - lawsuits i criminal charges for unscrupulous work against competent institutions and individuals and requests for the transfer of children to other Novi Sad high schools.

Also, the parents pointed out in the previous days that the grades were not concluded for the graduates, and considering that the professors did not have access to the electronic diary, the director ordered the loyal professors to have the students' grades concluded. In the announcement, they also stated that the professors were left without contact with the students, who in a large number of cases are mentors for graduation papers.
The parents of students of Jova high school see the principal's behavior as a revenge campaign against all those who do not support his illegal actions, according to the statement.
