Another attempt to form a government failed Kosova, which in practice means that new elections will be held, reports Kossev.
Movement candidate Self-determination for Kosovo's Prime Minister, Gljauk Konjufc, failed to get enough votes to form a new government.
Out of a total of 113 deputies present, 56 deputies voted for the Government of Gljauk Konjufce, 53 were against, while four deputies abstained.
At least 61 votes are needed to elect a new representative.
Konjufca pointed out that for the first time in its parliamentary life, the assembly failed to form a government.
"Our goal is to spare Kosovo new elections. It would be arrogant to take the country to the polls again. If they are held in December, who will guarantee us that we will not go again in March? Let's not forget that the idea of the need for a second mandate arose after the failure of the session of the Presidency of the Assembly," said Konjufca, reports FoNet.
The session was held on the last day of the constitutional mandate, after the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, gave the mandate to Glauko Konjufca from the Self-Determination Movement to form the government on November 4.
