At the second session of the Municipal Assembly in Sphere candidate, Vesna Tomić, was elected president of the municipality Social Media, with 20 votes for and 17 against.
This result shows that someone from the opposition list also supported Vesna Tomić, writes N1.
According to the reporter of that television, the result surprised the representatives of the opposition, who did not want to make statements after the session
Activist Stefan Žarić, when asked to explain today's vote, said that it is possible that it was human error and that those in the Tower are fighting with "machinery".
He adds that there is a code of ethics that the opposition councilors have signed.
He even points out that if one opposition councilor had not voted for Tomic, she would still have been elected as the president of the municipality.
He states that he will address the public when they themselves understand what exactly happened at the Assembly session.
About the new president of the municipality, he says that she is from Niš, that she worked in Sombor as a doctor, and in Kula as the director of the Health Center.
For Žarić, the fact that she is not from Kula is not so controversial, but much more, as he says, her activism during working hours at the SNS stands.
Also, he finds it strange that in 12 years in SNS in Kula, there were not enough hard-working people to find themselves in some positions, because the directors of other institutions, such as a school and a preschool institution, were brought in from the side.
No local journalists media, as well as television N1, are not allowed to enter the municipal building.
The previous constitutive session took place in a very tense atmosphere in front of the municipality building, with increased police presence. This time there were neither those who support the government, nor those who support the students, and as you can see, there are a large number of members of the intervention police around the Parliament building. In the very center of the Tower there are also several marica.
