At midnight, the deadline for demolition to begin has expired another 11 buildings in the villages of Kovače and Rezala, on the shores of the lake Gas pipelines. At least two families asked the court in Pristina to temporarily stop the demolition until the end of the court proceedings, but their request was rejected.
According to available information, there are 11 buildings, including the village hall in Rezale, where the locals celebrate the Holy Trinity every June.
The Đukić and Đurić families from Kovač on the shore of Gazivode previously filed a lawsuit against Ibro-Lepenac, seeking the determination of a temporary measure, which would prevent the possible demolition of buildings or changes to the existing situation on the ground until the end of the court proceedings, wrote Zubin Potok INFO.
However, as confirmed for that media, their requests were rejected twice.
On the order of "Ibra Lepenca", 17 buildings have been demolished on Lake Gazivode so far.
