On Wednesday, the President of the Democratic Party, Srđan Milivojević, submitted a criminal complaint against the President of Serbia to the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime. Aleksandar Vučić and others for "shooting at citizens of Serbia" on March 15 sonic or acoustic weapons.
Milivojević told reporters that after that "terrorist act", DS invited citizens to come forward if they had health consequences, and several hundred of them came forward, handing over supporting documents and testifying about the consequences.
As he said, part of the citizens "were not allowed to prosecute the perpetrators, while some were not even allowed to go to health facilities and take out medical documentation confirming that they suffered consequences, all for fear of being entered into the criminal record."
He stated that injuries and health effects can be divided into four groups.
"We mostly have citizens who complained about symptoms of hearing damage accompanied by a feeling of fullness and ringing with a severe headache, usually lasting several days, supplemented by a state of panic, which in some cases turned into several weeks of anxiety," said Milivojević.
He added that the second group of injuries is a loss of balance accompanied by dizziness, and that the third feeling is a feeling of confusion, difficult communication, along with problems of difficulty paying attention and inability to concentrate.
He added that a certain number of people had cardiac problems, especially those with pacemakers.
